• Lead the school Leadership Team and support the Principal in achieving the school's mission and goals.
• Provide general leadership, including staff formation and student behaviour management, with teaching responsibilities.
• Use contemporary pedagogy, curriculum design and student wellbeing to improve teaching and outcomes.
• Lead data-informed practice to strengthen teaching, learning and student outcomes.
