Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead a rolling 12–18 month forecast for multiple products in a Tennessee-based facility. The role requires coordinating with Commercial and Operations, analyzing forecasts, and presenting risks and mitigations to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in supply/demand planning, strong Excel and BI tool skills (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker), and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
• 8 years’ relevant experience in supply chain, supply planning, demand planning, or related focus.
• 3 years’ experience leading demand planning and planning data analytics.
• 2 years’ demonstrated cross-functional leadership including project implementation in the planning domain.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise and solid Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Intermediate expertise with business intelligence reporting systems (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Intermediate expertise with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JDE, AMAPS, etc.).
• Strong leadership, analytical, organization, problem solving, time-management, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a rolling 12- to 18-month demand plan across all products for the assigned business unit.
• Capture, load, and analyze the forecast received from contract customers and highlight changes.
• Lead monthly Demand Reviews to align on the consensus demand plan across Commercial and Operations.
• Track demand planning KPIs to measure forecast accuracy and BIAS.
• Partner with Supply Planning to improve KPIs such as Fill Rate and adjust forecasts.
• Increase system utilization by comparing forecasts against statistical forecasts.
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations or migrations supporting Demand Planning.
• Work with product managers to load forecasts for innovations and discontinuations.
• Drive continuous improvement in the planning process.
