Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain team at the Ochils site in Blackford. You will own demand planning across customers, products and channels, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure an accurate demand view that informs production, capacity, inventory and service decisions.

You will lead the monthly S&OP demand reviews, monitor forecast accuracy, and provide insights into trends, risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or forecasting, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Understanding the importance of getting demand planning right in a fast-moving business.
• Experience leading or contributing to S&OP processes and demand reviews.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of demand planning and forecasting across customers, products and channels.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer requirements, promotions and market trends.
• Lead the demand review as part of monthly S&OP to agree a clear forecast.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities to improve planning quality and reliability.
• Provide insight into demand trends, risks and opportunities for wider supply chain decisions.
• Support new product launches and changes in customer demand via analysis and scenario modeling.
• Review and improve planning systems, reporting and ways of working for consistency.
