Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking a Demand Planner to balance inventory investment with customer service goals and lead forecasting and replenishment activities for parts across new models and end-of-life programs.

The role emphasizes analyzing part-level data, maintaining planning parameters, and aligning system recommendations with supplier requirements to optimize inventory and fill rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial or Supply Chain Engineering from an accredited University preferred.
• In lieu of a degree at least 5 years of inventory management or supply chain management education and/or experience.
• With a degree at least 3 years of inventory management required.
• Expert knowledge of Aftermarket Service Parts.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (APO, WM, BW) and forecasting/planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast of high volume and new parts to achieve fill rate and inventory objectives.
• Develop historical trends and data to apply best-fit forecast.
• Oversee all aspects of service parts new model launch readiness.
• Manage forecasting, stock levels, replenishment and deployment.
