Job summary

Schylling, a nostalgic toy maker, is seeking a Demand Planning & Allocations Analyst to optimize inventory and forecast demand across product lines. You will analyze historical sales, open orders, and supply constraints to develop actionable purchasing recommendations and improve customer fulfillment.

In this role, you will manage NetSuite allocations, collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Operations, and Warehouse teams, and translate large data sets into clear business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years in demand planning or inventory planning.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, seasonality and demand signals to support forecasting.
• Develop and update demand forecasts for products and categories.
• Analyze inventory, open orders, backorders, and incoming receipts to allocate stock.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust planning assumptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Operations and Warehouse.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for inventory and fulfillment.
