Schylling in Massachusetts is seeking a Demand Planning & Allocations Analyst to ensure inventory aligns with customer demand across our toy catalog. You will analyze historical sales, forecast demand, and optimize allocations in NetSuite to support timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in demand or inventory planning, strong analytical skills, and experience with NetSuite. This on-site role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply planning.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, demand signals, and seasonality to support accurate forecasting.
• Manage and optimize inventory allocations to meet customer orders in a timely way.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Operations, and Warehouse to optimize fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain reporting related to demand forecasts, inventory availability, and fill rates.
