Job summary

Bauer Hockey/Cascade Maverik Lacrosse is seeking a Demand Planner in Exeter, New Hampshire. This role is responsible for maintaining informed demand plans while collaborating with sales and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in demand planning and supply chain management with at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business/Financial Planning or Sales Forecasting/Demand Planning.
• Strong understanding of P&L and financial principles.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for Demand planning functions for a specific category.
• Manage the demand plan to assure proper inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sales operations on market and consumer trends.
