Job summary

Spirax-Sarco Engineering's Electrical ThermalSolutions (ETS) unit in Cary, IL seeks a Demand Planner to translate the master production schedule into a reliable production plan, coordinating material flow and supplier commitments to meet customer demand.

You will own the production schedule for your area, manage MOs and RMAs, monitor plan vs. actuals, and drive continuous improvement with Lean and Kanban practices while collaborating across operations, purchasing, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with manufacturing demand planning.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the production schedule for the assigned area.
• Coordinate material scheduling, ERP updates and routine documents.
• Create and schedule Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and RMAs.
• Monitor plan vs. actual, identify gaps, and drive timely improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
