Lam Research in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Demand Network Planner to bridge customer demand, production plans, and supplier execution. You will analyze multiple demand signals and translate them into a clear supplier forecast that supports business objectives and production requirements.

In this role you’ll work across a complex planning environment, integrating forecasts from multiple sources and sites. You’ll use planning tools and analytics to improve forecast accuracy while mitigating supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, forecasting, operations planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with ERP, MRP, APS, or supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate and analyze demand from multiple factories, business units, and demand streams to create an accurate supplier-facing forecast.
• Translate finished goods and component demand into actionable requirements for suppliers.
• Maintain alignment between customer forecasts, production plans, and supplier demand signals.
• Develop data-driven insights that improve demand visibility and forecast accuracy.
