Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams and translate strategy into executable plans from a home-based role. You will model delivery excellence, own core Disciplined Agile Delivery processes, and teach delivery values across the enterprise.

You will drive end-to-end Tier-1 strategic initiatives with executive visibility, oversee SDLC/PDLC controls, and improve flow with automation and data-driven metrics while mentoring delivery managers and teams to ship value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical delivery teams to achieve major business and technology programs.
Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes to develop high-performing teams.
Teach Disciplined Agile delivery values, patterns, and skills to managers and teams.
Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with senior visibility.
Prepare concise updates for senior leaders; articulate ROI and benefit tracking.
Identify agile process improvements and drive measurable flow improvements.
Mentor delivery managers and teams on the Disciplined Agile framework.
