• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years leading delivery of large-scale technology initiatives in Agile environments.
• Advanced delivery & program management skills including planning, risk management, and execution.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, release planning, governance, risk, and executive communications.
• Professional certification in project, program, or portfolio management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex delivery initiatives across the Conventional Trust Deal Administration group, focusing on transformation and process improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes are integrated and aligned to objectives.
• Build relationships across engineering, product, business, risk, finance, and delivery teams to support alignment and execution.
• Assist in maintaining roadmaps, backlogs, and planning activities with demand, capacity, timelines, and dependencies.
• Provide visibility into programs, including tracking priorities, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure initiatives progress to completion.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, status reviews, governance forums, and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to governance, delivery excellence, and risk tracking through analytics and reporting.
