Qualifications

• 4–6 years hardware/software systems engineering experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Model based systems engineering across program lifecycle.
• Experience with JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM.
• Python, C/C++, or Rust for analysis and simulation.
• Stats, AI/ML, MBSE, requirements management and traceability.
• Engineering standards application to processes or requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
• Able to travel up to 75% to customer sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of requirements and capabilities for system integrations.
• Integrate emerging capabilities, scoping hardware/software solutions.
• Decompose requirements across cross-functional teams with clarity.
• Scope ideal system laydown, assess performance and tradeoffs.
• Own end-to-end systems from concept to delivery and resolution.
