Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our rapid-growing team in Irvine, CA or Huntsville, AL. You will own the end-to-end deployment of hardware and software systems, guiding requirements, architecture, and integration for the Guam Defense System Battle Manager product.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, strong MBSE skills, and proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Rust. Expect collaboration across cross-functional teams and up to 75% travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated use of model-based systems engineering across the program lifecycle.
• Experience with tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Rust for analysis and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of requirements and capabilities for system integrations.
• Lead the integration of emerging capabilities, bringing new products into the family of systems.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams, defining success in the face of ambiguity.
• Scope ideal system laydown, scrutinize system performance, and ensure deployed system meets customer requirements.
• Own systems end to end with the ability to identify and solve problems between these teams and push through to reach an outcome.
