Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, or equivalent defense-sector experience.
• Strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, subcontracts or supply chain in regulated environments.
• Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge and small business requirements experience.
• Proven ability to develop supplier strategies and negotiate long-term agreements.
• Experience in spend analysis, supplier segmentation, risk assessment, and base optimization.
• Analytical, negotiation, and executive communication with cross-functional leadership.
• US citizen able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute defense-sector supplier strategies for priority programs.
• Lead strategic sourcing, long-term agreements, and supply-base optimization.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to improve affordability, capacity, and performance.
• Partner with Programs, Contracts, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain early in captures.
• Lead small business strategy, including subcontracting plans and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Translate spend data into executive insights to drive savings and resilience.
• Ensure alignment with government reporting and regulatory requirements.
