Job summary

Anduril Industries in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a senior software engineer to develop and own software for strategic defense command-and-control products. You will design, implement, deploy, and maintain features used in real-world environments, working with engineers and end users to plan and deliver complex systems.

You must hold an active U.S. Secret clearance and have 3–12+ years of production software experience in C++, Rust, Go, or Python.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance or higher required.
• 3–12+ years of production software development experience in C++, Rust, Go, or Python.
• End-to-end feature ownership and debugging experience.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs; preferred defense C2, robotics, networking, distributed systems, or real-time systems background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own software solutions for strategic defense command-and-control products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and end users to plan, build, test, and deploy complex systems.
• Balance user needs with engineering constraints and explain tradeoffs as requirements evolve.
