Job summary

Ultra Intelligence & Communications is seeking a Program Finance Lead to partner with DoD program managers and leadership. You will manage budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC, and financial reporting to ensure compliant, timely insights.

The role requires about 5 years in government contracting or defense finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a regulated environment. Security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in program finance, government contracting, or defense finance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for DoD programs and PMs.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and estimates at completion (EAC).
• Monitor performance against budgets and contractual requirements.
• Analyze cost, revenue, labor, and cash-flow trends.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive briefings.
