The role requires at least 2 years of experience and a BA with MBA preferred in related fields. Expect extensive travel and a focus on creating value through rigorous financial modeling and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• MBA preferred in accounting, analytics/data science, business/admin, computer science, economics, engineering, finance, financial math/quantitative finance, law, math/statistics, or operations/supply chain.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strategic planning to drive business growth.
• Comprehensive market research and trend analysis.
• Competitive analysis and corporate development.
• Post-merger integration and value creation initiatives.
• Industry trend analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Up to 60% travel.
• Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth in PwC's policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and support to clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.
• Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop strategic frameworks to optimize deal-making outcomes.
• Navigate complex transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate and execute strategies that maximize value.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for informed recommendations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend analysis.
• Support post-merger integration to enhance value creation and operational efficiency.
• Leverage tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions and solve complex problems.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships and anticipate client needs.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements.
• Build client connections, learn to manage and inspire others, navigate increasingly complex situations, and anticipate team and client needs.
