Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6–11 years of experience.
• Transaction or diligence exposure preferred.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for entry-level hiring; F-1 visa holders are excluded from entry-level sponsorship.
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses for engagement teams.
• Interact with top-level management to gather pertinent information.
• Lead execution of diligence engagements and oversee engagement teams and timelines.
• Manage client communication and issue resolution; support junior leaders.
