We are seeking an analytical thinker with at least four years of experience in Research and Data Analytics, ideally in workplace or real estate.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification/relevant experience) in a numerate/scientific discipline.
• Strong ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Python, R and/or another data orientated programming language.
• Experience in Tableau or similar (PowerBI or Spotfire).
• Previous experience in a business research or analyst position.
• Intermediate ability/experience of MS Access (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Direct data and trend analysis and the UnWork research function to drive the development of our knowledge resources.
• Create presentations, interim and final delivery packs for clients, involving copy writing, content creation, image selection and layout design.
• Leading the data collection process.
• Develop client relationships and oversee project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead workshops and client meetings as required.
• Raise the profile of UnWork by regularly attending conferences and networking events to establish relationships, identify partners and future customers.
