Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communication, business, finance or accounting preferred.
• 5+ years' experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and evaluate alternatives to achieve quality solutions.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents.
• Contribute to improving methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Organizes data, graphs and material; executes reporting on a regular interval.
• Compares data to norms to verify updates and baseline data.
• Reviews published reports and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content.
• Performs data analysis and prepares data for viewing via software tools.
• May function as an assistant PM if the client requires.
