Job summary

Old Republic Title is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support state regulatory and external reporting efforts. You will compile, validate, reconcile, and submit data, and assist with policy-level reporting and data quality processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, field operations, and IS, along with developing automated dashboards using tools like Power BI and Workday. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, insurance operations, data analysis, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude with the ability to reconcile large data sets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday Financials, OfficeConnect, Adaptive Planning, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc statistical reports using policy-level data.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and quality control reviews.
• Assist with monitoring unmatched policies and policy-reporting exceptions; escalate issues.
• Coordinate with field operations and IS to obtain data and resolve reporting issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and KPIs related to policy production and reinsurance reporting.
