Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Quality Management or Data Governance.
• Experience implementing enterprise data quality frameworks and controls.
• Experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms.
• Familiar with BCBS 239 or regulatory remediation initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of enterprise Data Quality Management standards and processes.
• Translate policies and controls into clear requirements, stories, and flows.
• Improve Data Quality Error and Issue Management processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and technology teams on governance capabilities.
• Support adoption of enterprise Data Quality tools for profiling and rules.
• Identify opportunities to automate data quality control across platforms.
• Define requirements for workflow-enabled data quality control management dashboards.
• Prepare materials for data quality governance forums and explain controls.
