Job summary

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Data, Knowledge, and AI Strategy Lead Consultant to join our Strategic Consulting practice. This role leads knowledge, data, and AI initiatives, providing strategic guidance around operational design and AI vision for scaling semantic initiatives across Fortune 500, global, and public sector clients.

You will lead executive conversations, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, and translate complex organizational challenges into prioritized

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management consulting or strategy experience.
• Experience leading strategy and operating model projects from discovery through recommendations to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize ambiguous information and identify patterns.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating workshops with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, visual) including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, Semantic Layer, and AI strategy engagements end to end, including current state assessments, target state visioning, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Lead operating model design and implementation approaches for semantic and AI initiatives, defining roles and organizational structures.
• Guide and coach consultants on project teams, providing day-to-day direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop internal practices, teams, and strategic initiatives to support growth.
• Actively engage as a thought leader in the field through articles, social media, and marketing efforts.
• Progress in your mastery of core consulting skills.
