Job summary

Enterprise Knowledge is hiring a full-time Data, Knowledge, and AI Strategy Lead Consultant to join our Strategic Consulting practice. You will lead semantic and AI initiatives, shape vision, and design the people, processes, and ways of working to scale enterprise AI.

You’ll work with Fortune 500, global, and public sector clients, guide executive conversations, and translate complex organizational challenges into practical roadmaps and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management consulting or strategy experience
• Experience leading strategy, organizational design, or operating model projects from discovery through implementation
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize ambiguous information and develop recommendations
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience delivering executive-level presentations
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, Semantic Layer, and AI strategy engagements end to end, including current state assessments and target state roadmaps
• Design and implement operating model approaches for semantic and AI initiatives
• Engage across business and technical audiences to align stakeholders and demonstrate business value
• Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions
• Synthesize client information into insights and viable recommendation pathways
• Develop executive-level presentations, narratives, and client-facing materials
• Mentor consultants and drive day-to-day direction on projects
• Collaborate with leadership to grow internal practices and initiatives
• Contribute thought leadership through articles and outreach
• Progress in mastery of core consulting skills
