Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or a related role.
• Experience independently managing data analytics and interpreting business requirements and trends.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analytics tools.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting information from multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated experience developing reports and presenting findings to management or leadership.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources to support Program Management.
• Analyze program performance to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Review and validate information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Translate data findings into clear information to support business decisions.
• Communicate significant findings to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to gather information and support company-wide initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and analytical materials for leadership review.
