You will drive adoption, translate data into actionable insights, and act as a strategic advisor to manufacturers relying on data-driven decisions.

This role partners with a CS team and data science leadership, requiring both storytelling with data and hands-on analytics to surface impactful insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role using analytics to drive ROI
• Experience growing enterprise client relationships—not just maintaining them
• Strong data storytelling to build narratives for execs and analytics leads
• Experience driving adoption of data products across large organizations
• Comfort with non-traditional data sources and articulating their value
• Revenue awareness: pipeline, renewal risk, and CS impact on outcomes
• Executive presence and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Clear, direct communication and practical recommendations

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of manufacturers.
• Drive adoption by integrating Datavations intelligence into clients' workflows.
• Tell data stories with clear narratives and build business reviews and analyses.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales.
• Advocate for product improvements and coordinate with data science, product, and leadership.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and client-facing content to elevate the CS team.
