Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management within construction, real estate or data centers.
• 8+ years in agreement negotiation, procurement strategies, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, planning, and pre-construction phases of large-scale data centers.
• Drive cost and schedule governance across multi-billion CapEx portfolios.
• Advocate parametric cost modeling and analytics for real estate development.
• Act as owner’s representative across EPC teams for complex projects.
