Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 4 days onsite) for a contract-to-hire role. The Architect will define enterprise-wide data architecture standards across applications, integrations, and cloud environments.

The role requires collaboration with data platform and analytics teams to guide modeling approaches, warehouse design, and integration strategies, ensuring scalable, secure data designs aligned with governance and modernization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data architecture or analytics.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture and cloud data environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture standards across applications, integrations, and cloud data environments.
• Establish recommended integration patterns that support scalable data exchange between systems.
• Develop and share data modeling guidance for the enterprise cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
• Partner with Solution Architects and development teams early in the design process to ensure sound data and integration architecture.
• Collaborate on data modeling approaches, warehouse design patterns, and data architecture standards.
• Provide architectural guidance for data design across major technology initiatives.
• Evaluate data technologies and vendor solutions to support modernization and scalability.
• Communicate data architecture standards clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide updates and maintain accountability to teammates and business partners.
• Mentor architects and developers on data architecture principles.
