Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks an Data Enablement Lead II in Charlotte, NC to build and refine complex enterprise data products, semantic layers, and curated datasets. You will deliver dashboards, reports, and training materials while operating with independence and strong judgment.

You will collaborate with business and technical partners to set standards, drive adoption, and mentor other enablement teams, shaping enterprise data enablement practices without direct people leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in data models, semantic layers, and dashboards.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable data products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of complex enterprise data models and enablement programs.
Translate business needs into scalable data models, datasets, and dashboards.
Establish enterprise standards for data definitions and governance.
Lead cross-functional discovery, prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
Develop training materials, playbooks, and adoption metrics.
Mentor Enablement Leads and partner teams without direct supervisory authority.
