The role involves data governance, migrating data from legacy systems, and collaboration with IT and business partners to meet client and regulatory needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• College degree is preferred -- computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in information technology.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a data-driven function or role such as Data Governance Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role applying principles and practices for data architecture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving ability with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and create and/or improve processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and prioritize daily tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent client service skills.

Mansioni

• Develop database solutions to store and retrieve firm information effectively and securely.
• Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external procedures.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Design conceptual and logical flowchart data diagrams.
• Improve system performance by testing, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements or features.
• Define security and backup procedures.
• Educate internal partners through training and individual support.
• Meet all client needs and refer to other specialty areas as appropriate.
• Assist other team members to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
