Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a visionary Data Architect / Principal Data Consultant to solve complex data challenges. You will translate business problems into scalable data solutions, meet with stakeholders, and design modern data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and DBT.

You will lead engineering teams, define data migration roadmaps, and recommend best technologies to drive growth. 15+ years of experience, strong communication, and a Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/Data Science are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or data consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, DBT).

Responsibilities

• Bridge business problems and technical solutions; translate needs into architectures.
• Meet with stakeholders to evaluate data state and design modern data solutions.
• Recommend technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Architect scalable, secure data platforms and pipelines.
• Define roadmaps for data migration, storage, and analytics.
• Lead engineering teams during implementation; travel as needed.
