Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead – Data Engineering to drive scalable data platforms using Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks. You will lead data engineering teams, design data pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Snowflake data modeling, SQL querying, data processing and optimization.
Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory for ETL/ELT, workflow orchestration and pipeline development.
Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering, processing and analytics workloads.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide data engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

Lead data engineering teams to implement solutions using Snowflake, ADF, and Databricks.
Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and data models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
