Western Digital is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Planning Principal Data Analyst to lead complex scenario modeling and executive-ready analyses. You will partner across Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to shape long-range plans and capital investments.

The role emphasizes automating data integration, dashboards, and modeling with IT and Analytics teams, delivering strategic insights and impactful business recommendations to the CEO, COO, and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative or analytical field.
• 8+ years of analytics, supply chain planning, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making through advanced analytics.
• Experience developing scenario models for planning and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of complex business scenarios for Long-Range Planning.
• Translate questions into structured analytical models and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate demand, supply, manufacturing, capital, inventory and roadmap scenarios.
• Quantify financial and operational impacts of strategic alternatives.
• Develop and automate data integration, dashboards, and modeling capabilities.
• Present findings to executive leadership with clear narratives and visuals.
