Job summary

Google seeks a Business Data Analyst within the Global Infrastructure’s StratOps team to transform complex data into insights, support executive decisions, and help drive strategy and implementation at Google-wide scale.

You will perform end-to-end data prep, maintain critical dashboards, and support analyses across OKRs, headcount, and KPIs, impacting senior leadership and the Chief of Staff’s office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field
• 1 year of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role
• 1 year of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++)

Responsibilities

• Transform complex operational data into actionable insights
• Execute end-to-end data preparation and maintain reporting deliverables
• Support deep-dive analyses across core data areas (headcount, OKRs, KPIs) and ensure data integrity
