Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Dallas, TX seeks a mid-level labor and employment associate to join its team. The successful candidate will handle a broad mix of wage-and-hour and collective actions, defend single-plaintiff cases, and support arbitration matters for a diverse client base.

Requirements include 4-6 years of labor and employment litigation, admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility, strong research and writing, and excellent teamwork and technology skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience defending single-plaintiff employment cases with oversight.
• Experience in wage and hour class actions and/or collective actions.
• Mass arbitration experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in administrative hearings and proceedings.
• Strong academic background with excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
• Willingness to work with innovative technology platforms.
• Admission to the Texas Bar is required (or eligibility for prompt admission).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the defense of wage and hour class actions and collective actions.
• Handle discovery, conduct witness interviews, and brief class certification issues.
• Defend single-plaintiff employment cases in state and federal court and in arbitration.
• Support the mass arbitration practice by managing large volumes of individual claims.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and respond to EEOC and state agency charges.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.
