Job summary

Amentum seeks a Cyberspace Operations Planner to guide national security missions from concept through execution at Fort Meade, MD. You will shape operational plans, build and refine PLANORDS/OPORDS, and coordinate with joint, interagency, and contractor teams to ensure mission success.

The role emphasizes applying DoD planning processes, preparing executive summaries, and maintaining situational awareness of OCO/DCO, SIGINT, IO, and space operations. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in military or government planning cyberspace operations
• 3+ years in joint staff planning or equivalent
• Experience with Joint Planning Process and DoD planning doctrines
• Experience drafting PLANORDS, EXORDS, OPLANS, CONPLANS, WARNORDS, OPORDS
• Experience coordinating with OPTs/JPGs/MPGs
• Knowledge of OCO/DCO, SIGINT, IO, space or EW
• Ability to draft executive summaries and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Support planning through all phases from concept to execution
• Develop Plans and Orders for exercises, wargaming, crises, and combat ops
• Apply Joint doctrine to produce PLANORDS, EXORDS, OPLANS, CONPLANS
• Draft WARNORDS and OPORDS and provide assessment guidance
• Coordinate requirements with internal and external staff and agencies
