Job summary

JMA Resources seeks a Policy Executive/Strategic Planner to develop cybersecurity policies, strategies, and technical documentation for client programs. You will translate complex requirements into clear, actionable products for technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to present findings to government and program leadership. Hybrid work in Philadelphia is offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent STEM field.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate highly technical data into actionable business insights.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, recommendations, reports, and decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Policy, Strategy & Executive Communications: Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, strategies, plans, and technical documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, user guidance, and other written products for technical and executive audiences.
• Translate complex cybersecurity information into clear, concise recommendations and decision-support materials.
• Present and explain policies, strategies, findings, and recommendations to executive and program stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates on assigned projects, milestones, risks, and issues.
