Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner to join our Cyber Mission team. You will integrate cyber capabilities into operational plans for military and interagency partners, leveraging CMF knowledge to develop actionable CONOPs. This role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to travel up to 25%.

You will brief senior leaders, coordinate with CMF units, and build relationships with U.S. Cyber Command to shape strategy and mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operational Studies, Intelligence Studies, CS, or equivalent; 5+ years in joint/ cyber mission planning.
• Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility; ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• Deep knowledge of USCYBERCOM operational structure and Joint Publication 3-12.
• Strong project management and executive briefing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support JOPP to integrate cyber into campaign plans and orders.
• Translate requirements into detailed CONOPs for CMF and partners.
• Coordinate between developers and commanders to align capabilities with missions.
• Assess adversary vulnerabilities and advise on timing, risk, and targets.
• Draft strategic documents and brief senior leaders on plans and outcomes.
• Engage with customers and drive expansion with the U.S. Cyber Command.
