Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in cyber strategy, risk, and governance.
• Experience leading engagements and coaching teams on regulatory topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing and executing compliance strategies across complex regulatory landscapes.
• Manage client engagements by analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions.
• Guide implementation of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001) to enhance data protection.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance of regulatory programs and report adherence to standards.
• Coach team members to leverage strengths and develop skills in compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and facilitate difficult conversations.
• Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies to improve compliance and risk management.
