Job summary

PwC is seeking a Cyber Strategy & Resilience - Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager in Seattle to lead regulatory compliance efforts and guide risk mitigation across client engagements. You will own project planning, budgeting, and delivery, while coaching teams and leveraging strengths to meet client expectations.

You will drive implementation of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001), assess risks, and communicate insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams in the development and execution of compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Managing client engagements by analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions
• Guiding the implementation of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001 to enhance data protection management
• Conducting compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
• Overseeing the maintenance of regulatory compliance programs and reporting to validate adherence to industry standards
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills in compliance and governance
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address compliance issues and facilitate difficult conversations when necessary
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to improve compliance and risk management processes
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
