Job summary

NSA is seeking a Capabilities Development Specialist (CDS) to join the world-class team at Fort Meade, MD. You will help develop offensive and defensive capabilities for hardest-to-reach adversarial networks and support national decision makers with critical information.

We look for professionals with strong CS/engineering foundations in software or hardware design, development, testing, or reverse engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Math, Engineering or related field; advanced programs may count toward experience.
• Experience in hardware/software lifecycle, programming, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, or systems engineering.
• Military training such as JCAC may count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing exploitation capabilities and analytics to enable foreign target network collection.
• Designing hardware components and systems to further signals intelligence missions.
• Analyzing sophisticated malware.
