Tailored Brands, Inc. in a hybrid role seeks a Director of Customs Compliance to lead the enterprise import compliance program, broker governance, and duty optimization.

You will partner across Sourcing, Product Development, Transportation, Finance, Legal, IT, and external trade partners to drive compliant, cost-efficient import processes. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in customs/global trade, 5+ years at director level, CBP knowledge, HTS, and origin rules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Legal Studies, Finance, or related.
• Advanced degree or Licensed Customs Broker credential preferred.
• 10+ years in customs/global trade/import compliance (15+ preferred), incl. 5+ years at Director level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise Import Compliance program with policy ownership and governance.
• Own broker/advisor governance, classification, valuation, and documentation.
• Direct centralized HTS classification, origin, duties, and vendor onboarding controls.
• Oversee importer-of-record governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive duty optimization programs and analytics with Finance, Sourcing, and Legal.
