Job summary

HealthTrust Performance Group is seeking a Lead Customer Support and Purchasing professional to manage daily workloads, train staff, and ensure efficient order processing and vendor negotiations. The role spans support for ROI entities with emphasis on service levels and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include directing call center tasks, overseeing requisitions, sourcing, and PO placement, plus reporting and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer call center or customer service role.
• 3+ years of supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides lead support and coordinates daily workload of the ROI Customer Service Call Center and Purchasing.
• Trains and oversees team member processes to ensure efficiency.
• Monitors call queues and ensures service levels are met with professional communication.
• Performs requisition processing, vendor PO negotiations, and purchase order placement for rush orders.
• Generates daily reports and assists with out-of-stock and sourcing activities.
