Job summary

Direct2Care in Phoenix seeks a Customer Success Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and growth. You will serve as the main contact, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and drive adoption with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Support, and Clinical teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in customer-facing roles, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Experience working within a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer questions and ongoing account management.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become a strategic partner to customers.
• Lead onboarding, training, and product adoption to ensure long-term success.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning conversations.
• Monitor health, engagement, and product utilization to identify opportunities and risks.
