Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic roadmaps for customers to maximize the adoption and utilization of Paychex products
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business owners, ensuring effective communication and support
  • Drive customer retention by identifying and addressing adoption issues, enhancing overall customer success
  • Proactively engage with key accounts throughout the post-sales lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to maximize account potential
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a business-related discipline (preferred)
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in customer success roles focused on delivering value and achieving customer growth
  • Proven ability to act as a business advisor across all Paychex products
  • Experience building relationships with customers at all levels, from C-level executives to end-users
