Moveworks is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and drive product value. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and adapting strategies to maximize the platform's impact, making it ideal for those with a SaaS background. The position can be remote with occasional visits to the Mountain View HQ.

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Moveworks, you play a role that’s at the center of the company, shaping what we build and the value we deliver for our customers. You are the face of Moveworks for the world’s largest organizations, coaching customers as they navigate the new frontier of deploying machine learning-based Assistants with true automation capabilities.
We are a team of pioneers, building out a motion in a new space - come with ideas, an appetite to learn, and an eagerness to continue to break out of the norm and do the best work of your career. You will partner with customers to take them on a transformation journey to maximize the value they get from our platform, and in parallel, help our product team evolve our platform.
Note: For remote candidates. There may be occasional opportunities to visit HQ in Mountain View and attend company events. Prior experience working in a remote capacity is highly desired.

Base Compensation Range:
Tier A (NYC Metro Area): $107,000 - $158,000
Tier B (Outside of NYC Metro): $96,000 - $145,000
