Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Experience Designer to join the Customer Experience Design team in Irving, TX. You will focus on strategy, research, insights, and end-to-end solution development across the customer journey, not primarily visual design.

This role supports a hybrid work model with collaboration across Marketing, Brand, CX, and product teams to deliver inclusive, measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
