Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, seeks a Customer Engagement Lead in Wichita, KS to strengthen customer relationships and align KBX and client goals. You will act as the primary interface, driving proactive service and strategic reviews.

You will partner with multiple internal teams, translate customer needs into actionable plans, and travel up to 15% to meet clients. Strong communication, problem solving, and logistics experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong relationship-building capabilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to craft solutions to customer problems.
• Proficient in communicating and presenting ideas to influence decisions.
• Experience in Transportation and/or Logistics operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in a multi-customer book.
• Lead meaningful business reviews with KBX customers.
• Provide timely, proactive recommendations on Transportation and Logistics.
• Attain Trusted Advisor status with customer and KBX decision makers.
• Identify industry trends to improve transportation service and cost.
• Advocate for innovation and new ways of working with customers.
• Apply creative solutions and work cross-functionally to address cost, service, and technical opportunities.
• Communicate market changes or disruptions and advise on mitigation.
• Ensure proactive communications in case of service disruptions.
• Provide timely summary reports to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with the KBX team and share knowledge; voice of the customer.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
