Zusammenfassung

Mars is seeking a CVS Team Customer Analyst to support the CVS Sales Team with business analytics, system updates, and financial reporting. This role collaborates with CVS and internal Mars teams to translate CVS needs into internal actions, reporting to the CVS Sales Director as part of the CVS Mars Snacking Team.

The position requires 3+ years in CPG analytics, strong Excel/Office skills, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of CPG experience.
• Business analytics experience across multiple functions (CMI, Sales, Marketing) and/or channels.
• Syndicated data analysis experience minimum 2 years (IRI or AC Nielsen; Scan, Panel, Spectra, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with emphasis on Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Update CVS systems including item entry, contract entry, and other financial entries.
• Manage inputting and reporting on MWC internal financial systems, budget management, and promotional spend analysis (including deduction and post-audit management with team and customer).
• Guide interpretation, use, and implications of analyses to improve business decisions and solutions.
• Customize analyses as appropriate for CVS and the company.
• Responsible for CVS daily GSV reporting and Period reporting (shipment reporting).
• Provide analyst support for the MWC internal IBP process each period, collecting inputs and rolling up for IBP call.
• Produce Weekly and Period CVS consumption reporting.
• Deduction management and operational control of the High Radius system tool.
• Excel skills are a must.
