Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a CVS Team Customer Analyst to support the Account Sales Team for CVS, delivering analytical insights and financial reporting. You will work with Nielsen/RSI data, update internal systems, and help translate CVS needs to Mars-WmC teams.

The role reports to the CVS Sales Director and sits within the CVS Mars Snacking Team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of CPG analytics, and strong MS Excel/Office skills. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of CPG experience.
Experience with business analytics across CMI, Sales, Marketing and/or channels.
Syndicated data analysis experience (IRI or AC Nielsen; Scan, Panel, Spectra) preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Updating CVS systems including item entry, contract entry, other financial entries.
Manage inputting and reporting on MWC internal financial systems, budget management, promotional spend analysis.
Guiding the interpretation, use, and implications of analyses to improve business decisions.
Customizing analyses as appropriate for CVS and Mars.
Responsibility for CVS daily GSV reporting and Period reporting.
Analyst support for MWC internal IBP process each period, collecting inputs and rolling up for IBP call.
Weekly and Period CVS consumption reporting.
Deduction Management and operational control of the high radius system tool.
Excel Skills a must.
